You can return your laptop within 30 days of the repair and get a full refund or exchange it for another laptop of the same value.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us, and our customer service team will guide you through the process. Please note that the laptop should be in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.
If you receive a defective or damaged laptop, please contact us immediately, and we will initiate a return or exchange process.
