We strive to provide the best repair service to our customers. However, in case you are not satisfied with our service, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You can return your laptop within 30 days of the repair and get a full refund or exchange it for another laptop of the same value.
 
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us, and our customer service team will guide you through the process. Please note that the laptop should be in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.

If you receive a defective or damaged laptop, please contact us immediately, and we will initiate a return or exchange process. We also offer a warranty on our repair services, and any issues arising after the repair will be covered under the warranty. Please contact us for more information on our warranty policy.
